ID Web Solutions · Eventdor LLC
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to ID Web Solutions and its 易好用内部应用 administrator workspace.
Effective and last updated: October 23, 2026
1. Service and eligibility
ID Web Solutions is a private Google Ads management application operated by Eventdor LLC. It is available only to administrators pre-authorized by Eventdor LLC and does not offer public registration. An OAuth consent flow does not, by itself, grant access to the private workspace.
2. Application purpose
The application discovers Google Ads accounts the administrator may access, manages text search campaigns, displays cost and performance reports, associates campaigns with merchant records, and applies administrator-configured promotional-link rotation rules. The requested Google OAuth scope is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords.
3. Administrator responsibilities
- Use only Google Ads accounts and merchant materials you are authorized to manage.
- Review keywords, ad copy, claims, landing pages, budgets, bids, locations, links, and tracking settings before publishing.
- Maintain accurate Google, advertiser, affiliate, and merchant permissions.
- Protect administrator credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Comply with Google Ads policies, Google API terms, applicable advertising rules, and affiliate-program requirements.
4. Google authorization and advertising charges
Google authorization permits the application to act on Google Ads data available to the authorizing administrator. Authorization can be revoked through the application or the administrator's Google Account. Data deletion and the effect of revocation are described in the Privacy Policy.
Google Ads media charges are assessed by Google under the advertiser's Google Ads agreement and billing settings. Eventdor LLC does not collect those advertising charges through this public website.
5. Automated tasks and operational limits
Scheduled reporting, promotional-link rotation, pause, resume, and recovery tasks depend on Google API availability, authorization status, network connectivity, and server operation. Google-reported cost is delayed and is not a real-time spending cap. Administrators must independently monitor active advertising and may pause campaigns directly in Google Ads.
A failed, timed-out, or uncertain operation may be held for readback verification. The application does not represent an unconfirmed Google operation as successful.
6. Restricted and prohibited use
The application must not be used to violate Google policies or law, access another person's account without authorization, misrepresent products or merchant relationships, or distribute unlawful material.
ID Web Solutions does not provide image or video generation, editing, analysis, or distribution; does not provide generative AI features; and must not be used with Google APIs to create, process, promote, or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII).
7. Availability and changes
The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, network interruption, Google API limits, policy review, or security response. Eventdor LLC may update the service and these terms to reflect verified operational or legal changes. Material changes will be identified by an updated effective date.
8. Stopping use
An administrator may stop using the application, revoke Google authorization, and request local deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Because revocation alone does not pause advertising, the administrator should confirm the status of campaigns directly in Google Ads before ending access.
